(1) In June 2003, Weizhimeng Intelligent Automation Technology (China) Co., Ltd. was established in Chang'an Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, with a total investment of 2 million US dollars. Main business project: Professional research and development and production of "injection molding machine specialized robotic arms" and related automation equipment. The initial technology originated from Japan and Taiwan
(2) Started mass production of small tilting machines (suitable for injection molding machines with a capacity of less than 100 tons) in October 2003; At the same time, actively research and introduce advanced horizontal axis servo models, and conduct trial production
(3) Starting from the third quarter of 2004, the implementation of modular parts for all models of horizontal axis servo was implemented, and the quality and other aspects successfully passed the audit and certification of SGS company in Germany. And in 2004, the factory purchased a Taiwan made CNC machining machine to achieve precision machining of parts through self modeling
(4) In 2005, due to an increase in the number of orders, in order to improve production efficiency and ensure the quality and accuracy of modular parts, the company purchased several Longmen CNC machines again in the second quarter of 2005. At the same time, expand the R&D and production departments, actively invest in the research and production of three-axis servo and five axis servo models
(5) In 2006, as the factory's business continued to expand and the number of orders surged, the original workshop could no longer meet production needs. The factory invested in new factories and purchased more advanced production equipment. In 2006, under the strong leadership of the company and the active research and development cooperation of the team, 15 patents were successfully applied for, and all were recognized by national professional institutions between 2007 and 2008. In the second quarter of 2006, we successfully developed and produced a total of fourteen servo models in the WA, WB, and WR series (please refer to the product catalog for details). In the third quarter, we entered the mass production stage. The total revenue of the year exceeded 50 million RMB, and the number of customers increased from around 500 to around 1000. The covered areas include automotive processing industry, 3C electronic processing industry, medical packaging and processing, daily packaging and processing, cosmetics processing, household appliances and other industries
(6) Based on the experience and technology of continuous observation, combined with our own development and innovation capabilities, we initially completed the "Fully Automatic High Flexibility and High Efficiency Mold Adhesive System" (for container products such as plastic boxes and cups) in 2008. In 2008, the company formed a strategic partnership with the world-renowned joint robot company, Stauffier, France, to form a project research and development team. While the company independently developed and sold lateral servo robotic arms, it gradually achieved a production model of "fully automated and systematic production lines" by cooperating with Stauffier joint robots
