Box structure
The DHG series desktop air drying oven is a series of products with a capacity of 30, 50, 70, 140, and 240 liters. The outer shell of the drying oven is made of high-quality steel plate with surface baking paint. The workshop is made of general galvanized steel plate or mirror stainless steel plate. The workshop is equipped with two layers of stainless steel wire shelves, and the middle layer is filled with ultra-fine glass wool for insulation. Double layer tempered glass is used as an observation window on the box door, which can clearly observe the items inside. The connection between the studio and the box door is equipped with a heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring to ensure a seal between the studio and the box door. The power switch, power indicator light, air door adjustment knob, temperature controller and other operating components of the drying oven are all concentrated at the control panel in front of the box, located on the left front side of the box. The heating constant temperature system inside the box mainly consists of an electric motor equipped with a centrifugal impeller, an electric heater, a reasonable air duct structure, and a temperature controller. When the power supply of the drying oven is turned on and the fan switch is turned on, the electric motor runs. The heat generated by the electric heater located at the back of the oven is directly discharged upwards through the air duct, and then sucked into the fan through the drying items in the studio, continuously circulating to achieve a uniform temperature in the studio. Intelligent temperature controller with automatic wind speed adjustment function. During the heating process, the motor runs at high speed. When the temperature is close to a constant, it automatically adjusts to low-speed operation, thereby reducing usage problems caused by excessive wind speed. Users can also cancel this function with simple operations. The damper regulator can adjust the amount of air entering and exiting the box by opening the damper adjustment knob.

The temperature is controlled through the connection between digital instruments and temperature sensors, using a hot air circulation supply method. The hot air circulation system is divided into horizontal and vertical types. After precise calculation, the air source is driven by the air supply motor to drive the wind wheel through an electric heater, which sends hot air to the air duct and enters the oven chamber. The used air is then sucked into the air duct as the air source for further circulation and heating, which can effectively improve temperature uniformity. If the box door is opened or closed during use, the air circulation system can quickly restore the operating temperature value.
